Non delivery of order , no refund and no communication from them . Payment taken from me

They have taken my money and never delivered my order. Ita the second time. First time the order was incomplete. I second order not delivered at all and I have paid. Sent numerous emails to them and the owner named Meghan. No replies to emails. It’s been months. I want a refund but they don’t rely . It’s an online store. I feel ****** and just want my money back. But no communication from them. Orders were made in August and September 2022
