Must be a **** - No customer service whatsover, Like a non existence online Store

i placed an order with Narritive South Africa on the 8th May 2022, the delivery times are 2-5 working days, they say the processing starts from 1-2 days and on the 3rd day you receive the order, however it was not this case, i queried with them on the whatsapp number provided, mind you you cannot contact them telephonically which makes it difficult for you to be in the know of what is going with the order, i queried on the 4th day which was on Thursday, they responded that i will receive a tracking number, today is the 5th day and i have received no tracking order, no response and no advise as to why they delivery is taking too long. i am now skeptical of the order i have placed which i had paid for on the 8th May 2022, id an order will take long to be delivered the least they can do is at least inform the customer, they have absolutely no customer service, its the customer that has to wonder around by trying to find atleast a contact number for inquiries.
