This is definitely a ****! I placed an order on the 12th of September 2022 following the clearance sale they were having under new owner. Everything went well with placing the order and making payments. I actually trusted it as my sister bought a few bracelets from them a while back and they were delivered. However, it wasn't the same for me. I sent them emails asking about the tracking number and why they are delaying with delivery and I have not received any confirmation of receipt of my email or any reply for that matter.
