Complaint

I must everything looks legit until you make a purchase from Narritive jewelry in Sandton. I made a purchase on the 11th July 2022 on Narritive and believe until to date still haven’t received my parcel. I was informed that the company is under new management & and sent an email on the 29 July 2022, stating that my parcel is couriered .

But not mentioning the courier company and no tracking details as well .

I just need assistance either my money back or the parcel.
