Unprofessional, threatening, disorganized service with hidden fees and dishonesty issues.

This was by far the worst and most unprofessional service I have ever experienced.
The woman running this business has absolutely no etiquette, no decency, and no respect for customers. Instead of handling concerns professionally, we were threatened with statements such as, “We will damage your vehicle” and “You will not leave here.” Who speaks to customers like that? It was completely unacceptable and honestly disturbing.
The communication throughout was a nightmare. A few days before my event, I was unable to get hold of her on the original WhatsApp number and had to contact a completely different number just to get a response. I was then asked to resend my full order details and proof of payment despite already having sent it before.
On the morning of my event, when I went to collect the items, I was AGAIN asked for my order details and proof of payment. The correspondence was disorganised and extremely unprofessional. It was absolute hell trying to get hold of her through calls and messages. The only time she responded promptly was once she had received the money.
To make matters worse, I was charged an additional R200 for signage that I never received. When attempting to return the items, she tried to claim we owed a “late fee,” insisting that her collection times and return policy were in the terms and conditions which they were not. At no point was I informed of specific return times.
Her attitude was rude and aggressive, and the overall conduct was dishonest and *********.
Nothing about this experience was professional. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
