Then we return the items and because of a storm, and national notices we delay it to deliver at a safer time, as we received early messages from more professional catering suppliers to rather delay the delivery for safety, NAQ decides to charge us for late delivery, and be stroppy when I mentioned that the items were not up to standard...

The only food thing the respond very promptly in an attacking not professional way only on WhatsApp, don't answer calls as I tried calling them first

Also yes in their defense one of the overlays were in another crate which was taken by another vendor who advised that they will return it, I don't mind paying that as, as per NAQ I will get my money back... So they day
