Fund paid and no goods received

I ordered a NUK Bottle starter set on the 19/06/2019and paid with my credit card via FASTPAY. Payment has been deducted on the 21/06/2019 and the Website still says pending payment. I tried emailing, calling and facebook messaging Nappy Plum and not one form of communication has been answered. I cannot get my fund reversed from my bank as i need to log a dispute with the provider but there is no form of communication.
