Mistreated, dissapointed and very hurt

I have sent this email to the company, but have had no reply.<br> I walked into the shop, straight to the till where the rings are displayed.<br> <br> I walked straight to there, greeted the cashier, and had a look at some rings and within less than a minute, the lady at the till called for security to take me out of the store?<br> <br> This left me very emotional, confused and disappointed. Being told to leave a shop without reason or explanation.. <br> <br> Im a props buyer and set decorator in the film industry, over the last two or three years I have been to your shop many times, Ive sources there, asked permission to photograph items for presentations and then came to buy all approved items, I have supported your shop many times in that matter. <br> <br> Last December I was in there for christmas shopping for my family and spend quite a bit, I have also been in there for the odd birthday gifts.<br> <br> So today I went to buy a ring for my girlfriend who has her birthday on Easter Sunday, knowing many shops will be closed from tomorrow, I made the effort to get to Nap as I knew you have nice rings, this I was trying to get done while I am working so really made a effort
