False advertising and terrible customer service

I placed an order with Naomari a few weeks ago. Once my order arrived i was appalled to see the quality of the dress i had ordered. Shocking! I emailed them immediately as on their website they state that you will receive a full refund within 30 days if you are not happy with your order. Not only did they try sway me from following through with the refund process by offering me gift cards, but they also offered no route to receiving a full refund, and stated that i had to pay for shipping the order back ... to CHINA. Not Cape Town as their website states.

This is **** advertising, appalling customer service, and an absolute ****!
