Extremely unhappy customer

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! They are *********s!!! I was burnt badly by them. Your payment is immediately taken offs****. No hope of your bank helping you. They take no responsibility for their extremely inferior goods that do not compare to pics on their website. There is no info on them on the net except an email address. Their info service email address insists if I am unhappy with the goods I must send the merchandise be to a warehouse in Asia at an unthinkable cost. If that is not upsetting enough they offer an alternative to keep the goods to save the planet and they offer a 15% refund on your purchase!!! They have ingeniously worked out how to dupe you! They do not use the Courier Guy as they advertise.
