Badly manufactured product arrived...

I paid so much money for a terrible manufactured dress that looked good on paper but so badly made. The dress is short, with very long sleeves that would not even fit a child. I have contacted Naomari Cape Town and they have offered me R160 back although I paid R1 075.50 for this dress. They are making it so difficult to return the product. I would not advise anyone in South Africa or wherever in the world to by from Naomari. I thought I am buying from a Cape Town company, not some Chinese place.
