Nanodog Namibia. No service.

On November 2013 I bought a notebook Asus X550CA Core i7 from Nanodog in Windhoek. I have no knowledge of computer so I was guided buy them to this product. I could have bought a computer from a third of the price but I was told I was buying quality. The naked computer I paid Rand 11,500.00.I started to have problems with it but I thought it was Windows 8 which I did not know. In the warranty frame, few months later, I contacted Nanodog and I was told the PC was ok but I had to change browser. Later on I contact them again and was sent to a company named Nerdherd. To check the software. I was told the mother board was *******ed. The PC went back to Nanodog. They changed the hard drive and it was not that. It was indeed the motherboard. The repair costs was more then what I paid the PC. So I took a total loss. Being out of the warranty frame already I could not do a thing. Nanodog told me Asus has no assistance in Namibia. But this I was not told when I bought it from them. My point is the pc had a problem during the warranty period and when I contacted them they did not investigate this at all. They just told me to change the browser. I am totally unhappy with their service.
