I had a disappointing experience with Nano Travel while booking a Cape Town hotel for my HNI client

I had a disappointing experience with Nano Travel while booking a Cape Town hotel for my HNI client. Despite being assured of a seamless process, I was overcharged significantly—paying ZAR 253,990 ($14,665) for a hotel that actually cost ZAR 182,048, with a hidden markup of ZAR 71,942. When my client checked in, the hotel did not meet expectations, and they checked out early. The hotel agreed to refund 50%, but despite receiving this refund, Nano Travel initially offered only $4,830. After escalating the issue, they later transferred $5,975 instead of the $7,332 due, leaving $1,357 unpaid. I have since refunded my client $8,200 out of pocket to uphold my integrity, yet Nano Travel has refused to pay the balance. This has caused me significant financial loss, and their lack of transparency, hidden charges, and poor service have been disappointing. I trusted Nano Travel to handle this professionally, but instead, I was left to bear the loss. I am still owed $1,357 which nanotravel.co.za has refused to pay.
