Nano Electrical - Should be NO NO Electrical - STAY AWAY

If I could give a ZERO star rating, I would, but I am "forced" to give at least one star.

I'm having issues with the inverter Nano Electrical installed a year ago, and an employee from Nano contacted me yesterday to set up a meeting to come have a look. The appointment was for 14:00 today (Tue 30 July 2024), and I put in a half day's leave to ensure I was home to accommodate them. It is now 16:50, and nobody pitched (after setting up the appointment just yesterday !!!!!!!)

I tried calling the individual, and he told me he is on leave today. Then I tried calling another person there who I dealt with previously, and this person does not answer the calls or WhatsApp messages. Then I tried calling the number on their website, and this went straight to voicemail. This is PATHETIC to say the least.

Nano, get your s@!* together and attend the meetings you arrange. This matter needs to be resolved ASAP. My patience is wearing extremely thin now.
