Unable to deliver service & refusal to refund

I contact Nanny ****s & was told by Nonhlanhla to pay R500 to contact interviews on unlimited candidates for a year. I conducted 5 interviews with 1 no show. I conducted a trail with 1 of the ladies which was an absolute flop as the candidate had no sense of hygiene. I conducted a trail on a 2nd lady. This wasn't working out as the she struggled to arrive on time. I contact Nonhlanhla & requested more candidates for interviews. I told her that in the interim I would use the 2nd trail candidate to assist me twice aweek. she said that I need to pay a further R990. I refused since I could not get quality candidates from them I'm not willing to pay anything further & will no longer use the 2nd trail candidate. Waited for list of new candidate for 3 days. Contacted the manager Vuyi whom said that I didn't need pay R990. Nonhlanha then calls & contradicts her previous payment request stating she didn't know what Iwas talking about. I requested a refund since I was unable get the service paid for. Vuyi said they don't give refunds & that she will try to arrange a candidate for me. I'm still waiting for a response from them. Disappointed with the money hungry no service agency.
