Bad customer service

A friend of mine actually referred me to this company they seem professional but they are not. I went through the whole process of interviewing the prospective candidates and because time was not my side the first time around I didn’t manage to finish, anyway I rescheduled for more interviews as I had 3 sessions left. On the 17/02/2021 I continued with 3 sessions I had of which o only interviews two ladies because the one could not make it, the First Lady I interviewed on this day was a Zimbabwean which I seemed to like and the second one was a South African, so towards the end of the interview of the interview with the second lady, the lady asked me if I was not going to take her contact details my response to her was “ the agency has your details will they not give me your details” she was also unsure so she gave me her contact details of which I wrote on the paper which they provided me when I was interviewing the candidates. About an hour after I leave the place I get a call from the lady that works there Nonto Mdhluli she insisted that I went behind her back trying to ***** her people by asking the lady for her contact details, I explained the whole scenario to her but she would not hear me out, she kept on insisting that I asked all the candidates for their contact details. I don’t understand, I mean if those were my intentions I would have done it from the onset, why would I go through all the trouble of filling out those forms and still paying their registration fee only to come “***** her people”
