Terrible Website

I wanted to find out about dry cleaning a blanket. I am also interested in finding out how the laundry service works, specifically self service vs serviced.

The website is truly terrible. All the "click for more information" links direct you to gather all my personal details. All I want is to find out what your services are, how much they cost, how long it takes. All you want is to scrounge my personal details for the loyalty programme, as though that is your core business.

If you seriously think I should "apply" with all my personal details before you can answer the simplest basic question then you're not getting my business at all.

This level of website is ridiculous in this day and age. It certainly makes clear your priorities. I know I can expect everything to be at your convenience, not mine.
