Unwanted Marketing SMSes from Nanita Dalton Laser Skin & Body Institute

I have received since 2019 marketing SMSes from Nanita Dalton Laser Skin & Body Institute. The marketing SMSes do not give you a option to OPT out or unsubscribe. You are forced to phone them. I have done so many times. On 9:50AM 4 Feb 2019 i was told that i am removed from the system. This was a lie. I have received several SMSes since and again this week. They just do not care.
