Wrong order of food
I recently went to Nando's Tsakane mall branch with my kids. The service was great upon entry into the establishment. But the food wasn't. I had ordered lemon & herb chicken meal. I was served peri peri chicken instead. When I told the waitress she coldly told me that its written lemon & herb on the toothpick & she quickly left me before I could tell her that the taste is actually peri peri and she never came back. I also had to ask for salt, vinegar & tom sauce to be brought to our table.
