Wrong Order Delivery
I would like to complain about Nandos in Malibongwe Drive, Randburg. Almost everytime We order these is always something missing. Our Address is 367 Oak Avenue, Block B, Oakfin, Ferndale. We have Ordered under different Names, and it's either they forget The Cold-Drink or Rolls and then even take time back today We were told to wait about 2 Hours. The Chicken We ordered is now getting Cold, it's an ongoing thing hence I now I thought I should complain as We are not getting any Satisfaction. This Service is clearly Bad and Unproffessional, and We still have to pay The Driver R15 Deliver Fee which We were not told about on The Call.
