Wrong order and Terrible service

If i could give a rating on this restaurant i will give them a zero rating star or negative because that is exactly what they are.

29 August 2024 @around 12:30 i visited this store to buy something to eat . CHK 1934 1/4 Chicken Breast with extra sauce Chicken salad on the side and specifically ask first before i ordered the salad if they have chicken salad and this lady JABU said yes they do and i order some chicken salad. Received my order maybe after 25minutes or so and when i got to the car to check if everything is exactly the way i ordered , the chicken salad was just a green salad and not the one i ordered and the extra sauce i requested is also nowhere to be seen on this chicken.

I guess this is the level of service one gets from Nandos this days
