Wrong order all again

Saturday night i went to Nando Emperors palace around 22h30 to buy takeaways , i ordered 1 garlic roll , 1/4 chicken(which i specifically said i want thigh and it must be hot ) ,potato wedges (i specifically said peri peri) perinaise dip,and a can of juice .Firstly i had to wait for about 30 minutes if not more for my order when i got my order i left ,and when i got home i was so disappoint first my wedges were plain and the 1/4 chicken was breast not thigh and it wasnt even hot it was mild i think which i wouldn't know cause i normally order hot at nando's ,and i had to eat cause i had no other choice , its not the first time nando's emperors does this they need to up their games cause the customer service there is very bad i have experienced something like this before but luckily those occasions i was sitting there it wasn't takeaways so they managed to fix it there but it is too much really
