Wrong order
I am very upset and annoyed by the level of incompetence the call center has. Since last year I would order Nandos for delivery and every time they got my order wrong. From me ordering fanta orange- I would get fanta g****, I would ask for extra sauce I would get dry chicken. If not that, my delivery is always almost late by 30 mins if not more, I would then have to call the call center of which they would give me the direct shop line. This is really an inconvenience! Last night I decide to call the store directly to order for pick up, but the manager told me they don't have computers in the store to place orders? So i have to call the call center. What **** is that? I tried explaining my bad experience to him, but he said there is nothing he can do. I'm not happy and I'm disappointing in the system placed.
