wrong meat flavour! returned it twice. still wrong
I get to Nandoes and order my meals. The cashier had no idea that they served spinach. Only to find out they were currently out of stock! (Bad client service and bad customers communication) I order two basting sauces for each meat variety and instead they gave me a flavour of each. I checked my order and returned it! They give it back to me 15 minutes later having found that they didn't bother to do anything to it. It was still two different flavours for the two meals. I asked for the manager \bongani"and he tries in vain to correct this order. 10 minutes later I retrieve my parcel and get home to find that they have just dabbed the extra flavour basting on each of the meat orders. This is not acceptable! I have been eating Nandoes with this twist for over 10 years and I have never had such difficulties with it. The managers excuse was that the staff are new! Then why don't you train them! I appreciate the effort from the mangers side but as discussed with him "
