Wrong food, bad service,So dissapointed

<p>I am so sick of Nandos, Kloof Street in Gardens. They are forever getting my orders wrong, they religiously forget to add the peri sachets after i request that they add it in the bag. Today was just the last straw - I ordered 2 Pine burgers, one with extra cheese and spinach as a side. I recieved 1 cheesburger and 1 pineburger. the second pineapple was chopped up in the spinach. To add to it they once again didnt add the peri sachets.</p> <p>How does one mess up an order this badly? What are they smoking in that kitchen???</p> <p>After calling them back and reporting the incorrect order i was told to keep the order as is and they will be delivering the correct burger.</p> <p>Another 45 mins later the driver comes, swops out the burgers and leaves. At this point i am starving. </p> <p>After he left i was horrified that he took the pineapple burger instead of the cheeseburger and swopped it out for a pineapple burger. I was now left with the same order to begin with.</p> <p>I just gave up at this point because i was not going to call the restaurant and wait again. </p> <p>I should probably have checked what he took but the one box clearly said cheese and the one clearly said pineapple. </p> <p>I am done with giving Nandos Kloof street chances, i will not order there again.</p> <p> </p> <p>Very dissapointed:-( </p>
