WRONG EVERYTHING
Well.... last week friday I places an order over the phone with Nandos Lambton, when I came to collect my order was wrong, cans instead of bottles(440) breasts instead of legs, no sauses on one of the 1/4 chickens I ordered, now today I placed n order to collect n guess what they messed up, I get here n my order is out, I places this order before after 11, n guess what im here looking like an idiot, placed an order over the phone to collect n now the driver is out with my order, what kind of service is this??????? Who trained the people who take orders??? I was ready to let the 1st incident go but its happening again im not having this!!!! Can these people be brough to order??? Can they be trained well???? Can customer communication improve ???? Im sitting here n no ome is updating me, this is ridiculous!!!!!
