Wrong change and a nail in my food

I ordered food yesterday over the phone my first quest was that do they deliver if my food is less that R 50.00 but Nokuthula who was assisting me couldn't understand my question and hang up on me, I called again another lady whom I forgot her name assisted me but keept on taking my cellphone number wrong and telling me that she couldn't find my details on the system I was surprised as I have been a customer for 6 years anyway she finally took it Wright and made me an order. A driver my the name of Jamiel phoned and told me that he'll bring my food at a R 25.00 fee which I agreed, he didn't not take time to bring my food my food was R 61.90 with the deliver fee my helper collected the food and paid R 100.00 which the change was suppose to be R 38.00 but he gave her R 20.00. I phoned the restaurant to querie it Nokuthula said she's not sure who brought my food but will ask all the drivers she left the phone to ask around she gave a guy by the name of Jamiel the phone I started asking him about the change and he insisted he gave her R 38.00 but not R 20.00 and I asked him what his name was he said it but I couldn't hear when I said excuse me he just left the phone.
