Worst service from Nandos Brooklyn

Worst service from Nando's Brooklyn. I placed an order for delivery, i was told it will take about 25minutes, I waited for over an hour. I called the shop, the lady said they had a lot of orders but she will call the driver and get back to me. I waited another 30 minutes for a call back or my order, neither happened. I called back to find out what happened to my order, but the lady couldn't be bothered, i ended up cancelling the order. You have definately lost a customer
