Worst Service from Lifestyle Nando's

<p>I would like to complain about Nando's Lifestyle cnr Old Jhb South & Lenchen rd.</p> <p>On 4 October 2016 20:16 we placed an order inside at the restaurant with Nthabise. We ordered a Lemon & Herb Pita with Chips(& extra sauce) and a Lemon & Herb Burger Meal with a Coke.</p> <p>When we received the order, we noticed that there was no extra sauce added on the Pita as requested, and we asked the lady(her name is Memory) to please add the extra sauce. She had a very bad attitude and added the sauce and basically destroyed the whole Pita. My wife then said that the Pita is ice cold, as the Memory added ice cold sauce to the Pita. When we asked Memory to please heat it up, she looked us straight in the eyes and with a bad attitude ignored us and walked away without fulfilling our request. We had enough of the bad service, just left it and went home. <br />We came home and when my wife opened her Pita, the whole Pita was soggy and broken. The whole Pita fell out and was in pieces (We always ask for extra sauce, but never before has this happened). After I ate my meal, I noticed that I didn't receive my Coke that I ordered and paid for. I went all the way back to the store to ask for my Coke, because of the principle of it.</p> <p>We asked for the Manager Penelope and explained the whole story whereby she didn't really care and just said sorry. It seemed like she just wanted to get us out of the store. As soon as I said that I am going to send an email to Head Office and write on HelloPeter the lady tried to please and explain, but it was a bit too late for that. We left and that was the end of it.</p> <p>We support that specific Nando's a lot. More than 3 days per week. I am very disappointed with the service we have received and I'm not planning on going back there if their attitude is that bad.</p> <p> </p>
