Worst service experience yet.

Worst service experience yet.... My family and I visited nandos strand on Xmas day. Rolls were old. We asked twice for glasses and ice for our cool drinks. I called the manager to complain and she said I'm sorry. We end up not eating the rolls and drink from the bottle. Our whole lunch was spoil. Damn!!!!!
