Worst service ever

I place an order at 11:30am and it was scheduled to arrive at 12:20pm, however that didn’t happen. I called the call centre number *** and I spoke to a cashier by the name Nomsa at Nando’s in Fordsburg and she advised my order had left the store at 12:45, and still it didn’t arrive. I called again at 13:30 and they couldn’t get hold of the driver. It been 2h30 since I place an order and can’t get an answer where my order is.

At 2pm, the order arrives, the food is cold, the fries/chips are not edible, there is no extra sauce as per request. The manager that I spoke to at Nando’s fordsburg is Tshepo and he couldn’t do anything to assist instead kept on saying I will try and call the driver. This is the worst service I have ever received and no sure if I would want to order from Nando’s in general
