Worst service ever
What a horrible experience! Not only did my order arrive over an hour late, but also did not one but 8 different customers care personnel fail to assist me. After promises to phone me back and assist With my query, I had no luck ! After I phoned the umpteenth time, expressing my dissatisfaction with each telling me a different story and asking for a refund did they only tell me they will send a mail, put the phone down in me ear and i am still left with an unresolved matter. Good job Nando’s! What a way to build a reputation in an crumbling economy
