Worst service ever
I have placed an order for a meal with Festa Fries at 17:10. I was left waiting until 17:45 when I eventually received my order. The staff were standing about, chatting, with no sense of urgency or managing customers' expectations. Later I discovered that they have served me a bowl of rice which I did not order and do not eat. I am not impressed. Thank you Nando's, I will never call again.

However, the lukewarm response from the Manager left me no alternative but to ban the brand from my menu.
