Worst service ever... Beyond
I'm disgusted with the service at horizon. I place an order , meal for R194. 90 @ 17:30 26-02-2016. 1. The order came late... 2. Didnt get butter, of which i asked for, and specified to the lady who took my order. 3. No salad dressing, 4. The chicken is dry.. 5. The manager i called with my airtime to assist me , kept asking the lady who answered the phone to ask me questions of which she was told its a complain, and i heared the manager speaking from the background. 7. The Call center promosed to foward complain immediately, never got the call. 8 Again on the 20-01-2016 @ 7:42 I placed an order and your driver returned back with my order, his called and told me its because he was knocking off and no representevive from nandos called as promised since January. I took photos as proof and will not hesitate to post them on social media like you always do, if not assisted..
