WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! ARROGANT AND RUDE STAFF!

If I could give it a minus I would!! I’ve reached a breaking point with Nando’s Philip Nel! The staff including management are rude and arrogant!!!! If you ask for extra sauce for your order, you’d swear that you’ve just killed someone or that they won’t have any more sauce left! Very unfriendly staff, and you need to beg for the extra sauce! The other day we ordered just before they closed, we literally got locked out. We banged on the door demanding that they give us what we paid for, and we were met with arrogance, just looking at us and not opening the door for us. We had to fight for our orders, and one of the staff had the nerve to try and shout back! I’m sick and tired and I will NEVER EVER go back to NANDO’S PHILIP NEL PARK IN PTA WEST!!!!!!!!
