Worst service ever!!!

It's funny how Nandos is so quick when we complain on other platforms and take ages when complaints are received on their site. I received a wrong order on Wednesday 15th Dec 2021 and immediately complained about it on their website, still no communication from them. I've made 4 complaints on the same restaurant but it keeps getting worse!!!!
