Worst service ever

I am very dissatisfied with the quality of my family meal i purchased from your Belgravia Road store yesterday evening. I pur hased the full chicken with the 4 sharing sides. I specifically asked for a well done chicken with extra sauce but I received the total opposite. I escalated my complaint via their Facebook page and two days later received a msg they will contact me in 24-48 hours another 4 days passed and they adv me that they tried callung me once and will just just try calling me one more time utter lues because I have not received a call from them. The worst service ever.
