worst service ever

Exeptional poor service ive received in all my life, Placed an order,,,waited almost 2hours with no response. had o drive myself to collect to collect my order...and waited another half an hour....whos going to reinbursh me for for my order,....manager was tatally ***********. 1x roll short,,,**** ships
