Worst service Ever

Worst experience ever, i ordered at 09:30 and only received my food at 12:15, order#2301/512465 the food was ICE Cold, i asked for extra sauce , chicken livers were dry, chicken was dry, chips were horrible because it was cold, i called about 5 times, i asked to speak to the manager, "the manager was in a meeting" old story, the consultants, store manager and all were not helpful, could just say sorry, sorry does not help anything.
