WORST SERVICE EVER
got to Nando's order at 12:26 no order of us was done to a point were one of us had to get up at around 12:50 to enquire as to why its taking so long. The manager Penny was so relaxed about it and told us its coming they waititng for the chicken. Its just one piece quarter chicken isnt Nandos a FAST FOOD? anyway as if that wasnt enough the lady finally brought my food but without any cuttlery? our drinks took another 5min. done eating 15min later the 2nd round of our drinks was still pendning and no one to assist. we only had an hours time lunch which was exceded. Olga and Penny are the worst managers ever instead of dealing with our complaint as leaders they gave us attitude and bad service worse than their staff members. im urtely disgusted and never again will I consider Nandos
