worst service ever

i placed an order at Nandos, they informed me that my food will take one and a half hour for delivery, so i told them its fine, when i received my order everything was not there. i had to call again, so they told they will bring the cheesecake later. I got it later, but it was sour and frozen rock hard. NEVER again will i order from them.NEVER!!! how can they serve food like this to customers?????
