Worst service ever.
<p>I recently went to Nandos, the one in Hillbrow and i received the worst service ever. i think the lady's name was Tess or something like that and she was light in complexion. I stood in the que for about ten minutes and there was only one cashier operating when others where busy counting drinks from the fridge. when it was finally my turn she asked me to come through but before i could order, a gentleman just came and cut the line and when i asked her she said that the gentleman was a regualar and she thought i was was waiting for someone which is an excuse and she never apologised. i found her bahaviour very rude and Nandos is a big company which means they should offer training to their staff so that they know how to correctly communicate with customers. I, myself is a manager and i will not allow such behaviour because it makes the company's image bad and she should work there because she wants wants to not that she just want to pay her bills at the end of month. Me and my girlfriend are regulars to that Nandos and i do not think i will be going there anymore so that i can be disrespected like that.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you</p>
