Worst service and attitude

Placed an order for delivery on friday 29/01/2021 paid online and the when the order arrived half the order was not there. The driver was extremely rude telling my wife it is not his fault the people did not give him the right things. We then gave the store a call only to be told that we have to bring the slip and they will give us the rest of our order. What is the point of ordering a delivery only to receive half what you paid for and then to be told to come and collect the rest yourself ? If we ever order from you again you can come and collect the rest of your payment from me.
