worst service
my wife and i and our office staff normally order lunch from Nandos three maybe more times a week last Thursday we call a order in and ask that it be ready for collection when we arrive they say sure thing. we not aloud to leave the office for to long hints that's why we order in advance. so we get there ask the teller we would like to pay for our order her response is you have to speak to the manageress she took the order. the manageress was at this moment on the left hand side behind the wall on the phone so my wife and i kindly wait only to find she is on a personal call after almost 15min of watching her laughing chatting away regardless how obvious cross i am she eventually after me getting her attention by shouting she then puts the phone down and asked whats the problem were by this time i am fuming tell her shes parenthetic and walk away to go buy lunch else were never the less will never support them again and will never recommend them to any local businesses that order lunch from them. worst service ever very unprofessional she should not be a manageress at all.
