Worst service

I was at Nando’s Paarl at Rambrandt Mall. The service was poor. Firstly the waitress that was serving us didn’t even greet us. Secondly, we ordered 2 quarter meals that included a garlic. She then brought one roll, and brought the meal later and we were not even told the waiting time, anyways. I then told her that we ordered 2 rolls. She then after a while brought a burnt roll I had to tell her that the roll is burnt, we didn’t even get an apology for their poor service. It’s only the manager by the name of Bandile that apologised for her behaviour. The waiter didn’t bother to apologise instead she left while I was complaining to her about the service.
