WORST PATHETIC SERVICE EVER!! VERY SHOCKING!!!

Visited Nandos at Menlyn mall today and got the worst service ever. And the manger didn’t seem to care or even be bothered!! 1. Covid protocols were not adhered too. (No sanitizing and temperature taken at the entrance) At the hand wash station there was no hand soap & paper towels to dry our hands. 2. The restaurant was very untidy and when the food waiter came to clean he literally sprayed the water mixture on to our cold drinks. 3. Waiting time for our food was about 35-45 minutes 4. When our food was served we received stale rolls and meat that seems like it was just warmed and basted with sauce which was very unfair for the amount of money we spent. When we reported this we were told that they will just warm the rolls and give them back to us. 5. The manager( Keneliwe) failed to attend to the matters that we raised.
