Worst Nandos in the Cape

Bought four full chickens earlier today as takeaway. All four Hot and asked for extra sauce when ordering.

Got home only to serve the most disgusting dry burnt chicken to guest I haven't seen in .months.

Raw on the inside burnt to a crisp on the outside. Dry dry dry chicken in each packet I tried to squeeze sauce out the bags.

I'm a loyal and have been a loyal customer to Nandos Plattekloof for more than eights years. I hate that I'm doing this review but two weeks ago my dad had a very bad experience at the same store. Things are going from bad to worse in the last two months. Managers whom are arrogant and rude.

Im a fami**** face to many of the staff there and most strive to give you the best experience. Its unfortunate but today I was really embarrassed and also disgusted at what I was served. I have many photos taken and wish I could share them here..

Nandos Plattekloof change is needed
