Worst Nandos Experience Ever
I placed an order yesterday through MrD at Nandos Magalies View Rustenburg and my order had 1 item missing from it, 4 X Rolls. I called the store 5 times only to be placed on hold for more than 7 minutes on each call attempt. The 2nd call got answered, only for me to be told that " I'm sorry sir but i cant help you with such but let me transfer you to someone that can assist you". I was on hold for literally 11 minutes before i hung up and called again.
My order number was #DFD*** and it consisted of 2 X Full Chickens, Spinach and 4 X Rolls. I've never ordered Lemon and Herb before so I cant say much regarding the flavor, but as for the Mild Chicken they could have just said they ran out of sauces because that was the WORSTE chicken I've ever had in my entire experience with Nandos. The spinach was suppose to be Lemon and Herb and the feedback from my wife was that it was just boiled and served to us.
Now I understand why my order was missing, my entire order was a mess🤮🤢
