Worst Nandos experience
I was in Bela Bela. Nandos service and food was disgusting. I called in for delivery. Firstly staff does not understand proper English. It took me 20 minutes to order a meal and explain exactly where I am even though I am not from that town. Food then takes over an hour to get there and we were only 5kms away. With our meal we ordered ten rolls. The rolls came but no butter is delivered. I call the store and the lady was going to call the driver to bring us butter. This never happened. Secondly the food was cold, feta was **** in the salad and the chips was horrific. Chips tasted as if it was re fried over and over again. Experience was terrible and nothing compared to the Johannesburg stores.
There's more to Nando's than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that's a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
