Worst nandos ever
I phoned and pre ordered my food. I got there 15 min after pre ordering and had to wait a further 25 min. The store was not busy at all. Staff prefer to be wondering around and chatting. After collecting my order i get home to sit down to eat yet to find out that my dsughters meal had not been put in the packet. I personally think that nandos head office should put this store into better ownership and management. This is not the 1st time this has happened. I personally will never go back to that store. The staff conduct are not one of professionalism but of a circus.
